I have never been to urgent care before today. I went for the first time with my daughter. She had an ear infection we were in and out It was the best experience ever. Everybody was so nice and professional, and it was so clean in there this place is awesome. We will definitely be back if we need to You guys are doing a great job. Keep up the good work

We took our 10 year old here because we were out getting something to eat and it was the closest location. Fortunately we got here 10 mins before closing and they were nice enough to help us out.My wife said this is the best location she has been too and easily 5 stars except they didnt send the prescription that night like we asked and they said they would. My kid had a double ear infection and then had to wait till the next day to get it from the pharmacy.Nice to get us in but have to follow through or no point in rushing in we could have gone at 8am the next day and same results.

Yes. Everything was great. From the temperature of the clinic.. the cleanliness and madonisation of the clinic. Its a def plus there was a Keurig machine and nice music and a movie to look at. I was pleasantly pleased. Also the customer service person was so sweet and welcoming.. plus intake person was the nicest with my grandson thats on the Autism Spectrum. I really appreciated it. The doctor was also welcoming and made u have a sense of comfort. Thanks

10, the Doctor Who took care of me was fantastic. She is the best. 10 she is very kind and patient Being a person who is terrified of doctors and could count on one hand how many times I have gone in the last 25 years, Im glad I found this place. Everyone is always very nice and patient and they listen, I will be back.

This was my first time coming to a Midwest Express Clinic and they are PHENOMENAL! From the sweet receptionist who answered all my questions to the MA who took my vitals and did my nebulizer treatment to Tatiana the Nurse Practitioner who was so caring and helpful! The experience was top notch from the moment I arrived till I left. Extremely clean and organized, I was in and out in an hour

The service at this clinic has been very helpful, even going out there way to assist when I forgot documents. They seem to really care when expressing my difficult situation, even with a challenged reality at the time and how I presented myself. I felt that quality care was addressed. This place is fantastic. Ive been here on several occasions and its always filled with wonderful people who are good at their jobs and are very efficient. Easy to come in and get checked out pretty quickly. Every time I come here Im pretty amazed at the whole staff. You really feel taken care of.

I took my wife here, due to a nasty cough she had. She was in and out of the clinic within 30 mins with a prescription. The staff are very friendly and professional. The clinic is clean and modern. Plenty of parking is available which is another bonus. I highly recommend this clinic.

They did an excellent job and I will recommend them to everyone with urgent care needs! I don’t have insurance currently until March 3rd and they are very affordable, as well as being kind. I don’t care about nice. I want kindness, and they delivered. Great job and thank you!

The staff at thos clinic was great. They were patient, professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything well and made me feel comfortable about my care.

They were very kind and caring. Every other immediate care center was booked and so rude. We drove to several places and were so blessed coming across this place. They took care of my babies (7yr& 8yr old). They were able to check them out with the proper care and most importantly they were able to get their medicine. They also accepted our Meridian insurance. So very grateful.

We were delighted with the service received! The receptionist was pleasant. The provider, Marija Vulovic, was great. She helped my 92 year old mother and we were delighted that she spoke Serbian. Came here to treat a second degree burn on my hand. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were helping with keeping the burn to a minimum and bringing me ice packs to soothe my hand. Doctors were also very very sweet and wrapped my hand up which gave instant relief. Office was also very quiet and clean which I loved. Highly recommend.

Staff is SO kind and friendly! The provider, Marija Vujovic, is absolutely wonderful! I recommend her to everyone! She is so magnificent, I wish she would be there permanently so my family & I could always see her! She was so great with my baby, so was the nurse and receptionist. Just great people at this location for sure. Everything is always extremely clean, quick & efficient. This is the 4th time at this location, I couldnt say enough good things about everyone there, especially the provider, Marija. (I have been lucky enough to always have the same 3 staff members! I have also been to other MWE locations - & different clinics- & MWE clinic is def the best! But this location- this staff- I will drive to any time- over any other place!) I would give this location 10 stars ⭐ if I could!• I had a crazy, long, painful day with my young child (at another clinic- Luries clinic on Clark) and this experience at this MWE Clinic made up for it & then some! • Going from that place to MWE Clinic was like night & day. From the moment I walked in, the kind woman at the reception, the person who took the vitals and finally the nurse practitioner marija V, were very kind. I want them to know that it makes a huge difference to see a smile and compassion and even an aww Im sorry for a sick person. The immediate care staff at other immediate cares in Niles and Skokie, are cut dry sometimes and it feels worse when youre sick. At least don’t be rude to people who are unwell! Thank you so much to the Midwest urgent clinic staff!

I’m so glad that they opened this clinic in our neighborhood. The whole facility is comfortable and clean. The registration and check-in process is efficient and all the staff, nurses, PAs, and doctors have been great, pleasant, and caring. I got my family’s illnesses diagnosed quickly. I registered before arrival and my experience both visits has been very short wait times.

My experience here has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.First visit: My prescription was mishandled three times. I had to come back THREE times to address issues like incorrect dosing and an unsigned order, which felt like a waste of time and effort.Later interaction: I called to inquire about specific bloodwork and was initially met with a rude and unhelpful response. The person on the phone told me, I don’t know, we’re busy right now, and then placed me on hold, never to return. Thankfully, when I called back, I spoke with someone kind and helpful who confirmed they did offer the test.Second visit: I went in for bloodwork, but the sample was placed in the wrong tube. On my way out, they told me they needed to redraw my blood. While mistakes happen, this felt poorly managed. They also failed to explain how to access my results, so I had to call back and figure it out myself. When I finally received the results, they stated the test was not performed due to errors: one sample arrived with no instructions, and another was mishandled and frozen when it shouldn’t have been. The only solution offered was for me to return for a THIRD blood draw. At this point, I’ve decided to go elsewhere where I can trust my time and health will be handled properly.On a positive note, I want to acknowledge Ryan at the front desk, who was consistently helpful and professional. There are good people here, but the overall experience has been far from acceptable. Beware.

It was very quick the first time that I came in. This was around 2:00 and it was very good service. The doctor was very nice and kind and spoke very gently. I got all my tests done and no problems with blood test either. Thankyou

Don’t come here! I called ahead to ensure they accepted my insurance. I got an invoice for $535. Because they infact “did not” accept my insurance. I got strep and flu rapids and they’re charging for way more services. They charged $180 for and unspecified “procedure” I never even recieved a call for my “lab tests” that were sent out. Complete scam. GO to the ER instead insurances will cover more for an ER Visit.

Fantastic experience today. Thank goodness for the wonderful person at another immediate care facility on Lincoln Ave for recommending this place because their place didn’t accept my insurance. I called to confirm and the woman was really friendly. I came in and got seen right away. The facility was gorgeous- felt like I was at a nice outpatient clinic of a hospital. The waiting area was also big and comfortable with enough space to social distance - not that I needed to wait even a minute. The team was super fast, friendly, and pain free. Results were received in minutes and I was on my way. The woman who prescribed my meds was so patient with me as I was out of sorts and asking redundant questions. lol. The Jewel is in the same strip mall so getting my prescription was super fast and easy. They called it in and it was ready in 15 minutes. My exam and tests were probably done in 20 minutes! Super fast and easy and I got to do it all before getting into work like nothing happened. Lol. But they did provide me w a doctor note just in case. Highly recommend!

I went in yesterday and the Physician that treated me was awful. I waited 25 mins for a doctor. I step out and ask how long will it take to see a doctor since its been 25 mins. She said she was just looking at my chart. No apologies for the wait. She came in the room and didnt say nothing just checked me quickly and told me to wait for my paperwork. She was in such a rush i didnt even ask her anything, she didnt ask me anything either. I guess i should go somewhere else to avoid the mistreat.Probably cook county would have done better.

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and during that time had been screened and got results for symptoms (COVID, Flu, Strep) as well as a thorough exam by the provider. Could not have been more efficient and professional. The receptionist/assistant is kind and patient.

I went in this morning after both my insurance and Midwest clinics website listed themselves as in network. Only to show up and be rudely told they don’t take my insurance. So I told them they should update the website so this doesn’t happen to other people only to get a snotty reply of it doesn’t say that. It does or I wouldn’t be here. So now I’m on my way to another clinic with a possible broken foot. I would avoid this place.

This place was great! They really seem to care about the patients house and understand about price and life and how help what you need and get it to you is easy as possible. And I also feels nice to actually talk to a nurse practitioner that actually and genuinely cares about your health and the steps you need to go to make you feel better A++++

Great service for my client with disabilities. Very helpful and understanding staff! It’s clean and well organized. The only thing I noticed is that the new girl was not trained on the front desk before she was left to fend for herself! Let’s make sure staff feel comfortable and ready to assist

The Midwest Clinic at Foster and Pulaski is state of the art. The staff and doctors take good care of their patients. I would highly recommend this facility!

Everything went very well. I had no wait time and the medical assistant and nurse practitioner were really nice. I went for an employment physical and needed a Tdap booster vaccination which they were able to give to me at this visit. Only issue is that I didn’t receive any paperwork to show proof of vaccination I’m not sure why. Now I’m having to try to request something via their online system as a record of my booster.

The nurse practitioner Ryan is not professional. I left a review before of him at the Skokie location and I feel he retaliated against not only me but my four yr old autistic son. I had complained before in a survey of him not being patient and getting annoyed with my four yr old autistic son who couldnt follow his directions. This time he entered us into the room and closed the door and it smelled like he let out gas and closed the door. The smell finally subsided so its obvious he let out gas and closed the door. I saw a spray bottle that said odor eliminator on it nearby. I dont know why hed close the door. Then he wanted my son to put the thermometer under his tongue which hes never had to do and didnt know what to do. I finally asked if he had something else and he stuck the thermometer in his ear. My son already had a painful swollen ear on the other ear and was not feeling good. He cried into my chest when thermometer was put into his ear. Is there a thermometer that goes to the forehead to get the reading? That would have helped. Thats what most kids are used to these days. Also, before leaving the doctor told us to make sure not to forget our gift at the front desk. Ryan was there waiting and offered us a lollipop. I responded my son doesnt like lollipops and he offered him a sticker. There were clearly gift bags there and we have received one before. I dont even know why he was waiting by the front desk before we left. Im afraid hes going to see this review and retaliate even more now. He needs to grow up

I came here because of pneumonia and they were able to get me treated within 15 minutes. I freaking love this place. The there staff is very friendly and knowledge. When you get treated here you get this feeling that they genuinely care about you and they want you to get better asap. Shout out Renalda, she was the nurse practitioner that treated me.

Every time I go there, I am helped immediately and they take care of my issues. They are knowledgeable and explain everything that needs to be done.

This urgent care was by far the fastest and most efficient urgent care weve yet been to in the city. Office is spacious and incredibly clean. Great, friendly office staff and thorough and efficient medical staff. They even had goody bags for my kids on the way out. Will definitely make this our regular urgent care.

Dr. Anastasia was super kind and engaging for my 5 year old. The rest of the staff were kind as well. The place was very clean.

Even as a first time patient, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I was the only patient there when I arrived on a holiday morning which was surprising to me (dont know if its always like this). I recently got Medicaid and havent yet enrolled in a plan (like Aetna, Blue Cross or Cook County Health), so basically I have general medicaid. I went to another urgent care and to CVSs Minute Clinic and neither would accept general medicaid (theyd only see me if I had Medicaid AND was already enrolled in a plan). But Midwest Express Clinic worked with me!!!

Doctor Marija Vujovic was extremely unprofessional seemed very rushed and critical, unpleasant experience will not recommend, the center also messed up my test results which is very disappointing and unprofessional.

I have always been taken care of fast, efficiently, and treated with great care. From pink eye to strep, this place has always come through, especially with the hours available. Thank you guys for all you do. I stay choosing Midwest.

My daughter had a asthma attack last night, and our normal IC was already closed. This place was AMAZING! They heard her coughing, and got her in right away for a nebulizer treatment. They even gave her a goody bag at the end of the night. Super clean, super friendly, and super caring!

This place is really clean, the team manager Angelli was very friendly and greeted us and check us in quickly, and got us to the back room fast. We did the check in online which made the process go smoothly. We do not have insurance and were shown the prices for the services. All prices were very reasonable. Shamya MA helped out my husband since he was the one not feeling his well. We got put in a different room shortly after, to wait for the doctor, she was very friendly and welcoming, and was very knowledgeable. I 100% recommend this location. Especially for people who need to pay out of pocket for lack of insurance. Thank you lady’s. You were all really helpful, just know you are appreciated for your hard work, and kind service. And thank you doctora, for guiding us in the right direction.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was seen immediately upon my arrival. My illness was quickly diagnosed and treated. Medication was prescribed and called into the pharmacy. After a quick and painless medical procedure I was on my way.

The front desk lady was super kind and attentive, also the doctors who checked on me. Overall I had a great experience. I’m always anxious when it comes to go to the doctor, so I’m really glad places like this exist where you can be treated as a human being with respect and kindness THANK YOU.

I came in to the clinic because I was experiencing excruciating lower back pain and I was afraid that I had a kidney infection. Book my appointment online, and I was seen within 15 minutes upon arrival. The clinic is very clean, stafff are welcoming and very professional. Will definitely recommend. Very satisfied

My family had a great experience with Midwest Express Clinic on Pulaski. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and resolved our issue very quickly. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Also, the facility was extremely clean.

I took my 12 yr old son here. He was complaining of a sore throat and his regular pediatrician was not available at the time. Our visit lasted about 30mins from walking in the door to getting his diagnosis. The staff was professional and attentive and the doctor very informative, answering all our questions. I’ve lived in North Mayfair for about ten years now, and I am so glad Midwest Express Clinic is just around the corner!

So far Ive been sitting here checked in for approximately 54mins. I havent seen a single person come out, not a single person has been called in. Trying to be patient but its really frustrating. Clearly no one is in a rush to do their jobs. Ive seen one Dr and one nurse at the receptionist desk. The Dr keeps coming out to ask questions about past cases for people who are already gone. Back home in Kentucky the services were much better than they are here. And as I was typing this out a lady who walked in 45 mins after me just got called in. Im literally just here for a COVID test. She was just getting a flu shot. I dont understand how someone who walks in 45 mins after somebody gets seen first.

This is our local urgent care, we decided just to walk in after our son hurt his finger playing basketball at the nearby school. We check in, told them the reason for our visit, only to be told 50MIN later that we had to go to a different location with an X-ray. Like why wouldn’t be told the machine wouldn’t be available from check in time or maybe at some point during vitals being taken. Definitely a waste of time. Total time wasted was over an hour.

First time visit and I was so impressed! The staff was kind, patient, professional, and very friendly. The building was also very clean and welcoming. So happy to discover them!

The staff at this location was very kind and helpful.Midwest express should update their website. PCR tests for covid are definitely not back by the next day, regardless of capacity or staffing.Quest lab states 2-5 days, which negates many reasons for taking the test. Sharing so others don’t find themselves $200 poorer with no TIMELY answers.

I booked an appointment online about 20 minutes before I went in and I was in and out of this urgent care in less than an hour which is unheard of for most urgent cares. I would definitely recommend this location. The staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean.

This is my second time using Midwest express Clinic services, and they are very helpful, efficient and quick.

Called in the morning for an urgent care request and saw a doctor (or it may have been a nurse practitioner, I dont really know the difference at this point) an hour later. Everyone was professional and as helpful as possible. I felt like I got the treatment I needed. I believe they take almost all insurance that is not out of state, mine is meridian (free govt. Insurance)

My medical issues was a hearing problem used a behind the counter ear wax product that led to clogging of both ear canals which led me to Midwest Express Clinic.I received excellent medical treatment both ears was flushed out and my hearing was restored. This Midwest Express Clinic is a 5 stars 🌟 facility and I highly recommend this medical establishment for anyone who needs urgent medical care.

These people ROCK. Had a blood draw and found out my veins are hard to find. Shamya took entra diligent care of me from the very beginning, making me feel comfortable and in good hands. When she was not able to successfully do the draw, she brought in her colleague Dominica who kept up the comfy energy, clearly explained what was happening, and really helped me stay calm during the draw. These people deserve the world because they are literally out here making healthcare human. THANK YOU!!!!!

Provider spent the minimum amount of time with me, prescribed me medication I cant take, and told me i didnt have strep. I waited three days for my results to come back from the real lab, and guess what, its definitely strep. This place is a joke, find another clinic.

Walking in, I was greeted with a gentle tone which made me feel less anxious. The staff were also very helpful and knowledgeable, answering any question I had during the appointment.

The doctor and staff were very polite and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly.The doctor took out the time to thoroughly explain everything and resolve my issue.

I came in March for a simple strep test, was pushed to get a Covid and flu test too, and came out with a recommendation for over the counter meds and a bill of over $430 ($165 for the Covid test!), less than half of which was covered by insurance, plus a separate lab bill for the strepTest. My sister in-Law goes to a different Midwest express and says she never pays more than $50. This seems criminal to me! Oh and when I went there were multiple dead bugs on the floor in the office - in exam room and hallway.

Front office lady Nimra was very unkind! She was not at her desk when I walked it and when she came back to her desk I said hi she said” I am gona have you sit down” in a very unkind tone. So I said to her what if I don’t want to sit down? She said “You HAVE TO sit down!!!!”Not sure what kind of day she might be having but I expect better kinder more welcoming voice and attitude when I walk into a place..I was asked to leave… when I complained to customer advocacy they called them to find out what happened they lied and said I was cussing and using profanity!!!!They said management confirmed that I was rude while I fact they said no management is available onsite today!

I walked in today for flu symptoms since 2 days. First, front desk put a music inside which is unlikely have music I think in such places.After take me in with physical signs T. BP. … and test for Covid and flu. After 10 mn results back negative and the NP ( not doctor) said I will give you symptomatic medication..after if doesn’t work come back…..lol. Is this the medicine you learned where????!!!!

I had to visit the clinic because I had strep throat and I was from out of town the clinic took good care of me and made sure I was treated properly and was able to get the medication that I needed. It was very affordable because my insurance wasn’t compatible with their clinic.
